Hydraulic Cylinder Overhauled with New Seals & Fabricated New Gland

Hydraulic Cylinder 2nd set :
Upon dismantling, found the followings:
~ Seal, O-Ring complete set damaged – to make new aps and fit
~ Both bearings damaged – to remove damaged bearings, clean bearing housing, procure & fit new bearings and circlips.
~ the Hydraulic Cylinder inner housing cleaned, checked. Inside threads found damaged at few points – To repair threads / dress-up
~ the Ram, End-cover cleaned, checked. Outer threads on cover found damaged at few points – To repair threads / dress-up
~ Upon Pr. Testing the stuffing box threads gave away due to material fatigue / failure
~ Fabricated New stuffing Box
~ Assemble the Hydraulic Cylinder Ram with new set of seals & o-rings.
~ Pressure Test hydraulically for leak detection and operation
