Staging erected at height to access the damaged area where temporary repairs was done by welding doubler on the punctured area. The doubler area gas cut to size 500mm x 500mm.

New workshop supplied E-350 Grade steel gas cut to size and using standard repair procedure, inserted with the appropriate steel plate after proper V was done and welded. Back gouging by grinding shown to shipstaff. DP Test done in presence of shipstaff.

Class approved Welders for E-7018 consumable used for the job. Class approved Welding Electrodes E-7018 of ESAB make used for welding.
